If you answered YES to one or more questions consult with your doctor BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active. Tell your doctor about the PAR-Q and mention the questions to which you answered YES.
If you answered NO to all of the PAR-Q questions, you can be reasonably sure that it is safe for you to become more physically active.
